Did you know that the “Site Analyzer” tab in Competition Strategy Studio allows you to create actual size screen shots of web pages you want to analyze?

Just right click on the website URL and select “Export > Actual Size Screen Shot”. You can save the image in PNG, BMP, GIF or JPG formats.

Google Instant Search Results Will Affect Your Traffic

Google has rolled out an instant search mode that will display the top 10 search results as you type.

This is probably going to cause some changes in the way people use Google. If you see large shifts in your website traffic patterns in the coming days, this could be the main reason.

Since the user can see the results as she types in the words, instead of scanning through the search engine result page (SERP) after each search, the user is more likely to look at the top 3-4 results and then refine the search until she finds what she wants.

Even the Google Adword impressions are likely to be affected.
