Watch My Domains ISP maintains a hard disk log of all the raw whois records that were ever looked up.  These are logged to the “data store path” specified by you and will be at

<Data Store Path>\whoisdata\

By default, the data store path is at

“My Documents\My Domain Records” in XP or “Documents\My Domain Records” in Vista.

You can access the raw whois data from within the software interface (lower pane) or from outside using a normal text viewer  or editor.

You can also tweak the Windows registry to change the location the whois records are logged to. Run “RegEdit” and check if there is an entry called

“Whois Data Path”

within

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softnik Technologies\Watch My Domains ISP
v3\Settings

If it is present, it will contain the custom path where the whois data will be saved to. If it is not present the data will be logged to the default data store path. You can create the key to specify a new custom path.
