Watch My Domains ISP supports adding any number of custom data fields to the domain portfolio database. To do this, switch to the “Config” tab in the ribbon bar and click on “Custom Fields” ribbon button.  This will bring up the dialog box shown in the screen shot below. Use it to create the additional fields you require.

To edit the additional fields in the database, use the “Config > Setup > Custom Data” ribbon bar button. Remember to select only the fields that should be modified so that the rest of the custom columns are not edited. You can edit the data corresponding to a group of domains by highlighting the domains (shift or ctrl key plus mouse click will highlight multiple domains) and then clicking the “Custom Data” button.
