Do you worry about the duplicate web-page content problem because you have the same information appearing at multiple URLs?

Now you can tell the search engines which one of those URLs should be indexed.
Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have agreed on a new "canonical link tag" that will allow one to specify the preferred URL that should be indexed from amongst multiple versions of the same page.
The properties like PageRank associated with the dummy pages will be transferred to the canonical URL.
The Canonical Link Tag
You will need to add an extra tag to all the pages you consider duplicates of your real web page. This extra tag contains the URL (called the canonical URL) that the search engines will index instead of the duplicate pages.
Simply add an entry similar to the following in the <head> section of all the duplicate web pages.
<link rel="canonical" href="http://example.com/real/"/>
Please see the corresponding announcements at Yahoo, Google and Microsoft.

The Keyword Manager Tool in Good Keywords v3 and the Keyword database tool in SEO Lab Professional will allow you to import the CSV files from the Google keyword tool. The number of users of these tools have almost tripled in January and some of them seem to have run into a very common mistake when exporting the CSV file from the Google Keyword Tool.
Why is the import CSV option not working for some of you? The following screen shot may provide some clues!

The Keyword Database tool in SEOLab Pro is much more advanced than the one available in the free Good Keywords v3. SEOLab Pro allows you to import unlimited number of keywords and also imports additional data like Cost per Click (CPC). Make sure that you use the ".CSV for Excel" option (as seen above) if you need the CPC data. Google doesn't export the data properly if you use the ".CSV" option and the currency data has commas in it.
